Terumo extends emergency aid of medical supplies
worth 10-million yen to quake-hit India

Tokyo based Terumo Corp. donated 10-million-yen's-worth of medical supplies including 50,000 syringes and 5,000 blood bags to the Indian state government of Gujarat, site of the epicenter, in its effort's to help victims of a killer earthquake that occurred there on January 26th, local time. We dispatched the first batch of the aid supplies to the quake-hit area on February 1st through our branch offices in Chennai (India), Dubai (Arab United Emirates) and our Indian subsidiary, Terumo Penpol Ltd. (Kerala).
